Tom Thomson

President

Prior to founding cladvantage, Tom Thomson enjoyed over 20 years of success in the IT industry. Holding technology management positions at large global corporations that relied on information systems and technology to operate efficiently and grow, his expertise includes leadership roles in manufacturing, media and telecommunications, oil, gas, and chemical industries. For over 15 years, Tom has been driving the company’s success, and in addition to establishing and focusing a vision for the company, Tom lends a hand supporting day-to-day operations and prefers spending his time in front of customers, helping develop transformational solutions. Tom is always on the lookout for great people, emerging technologies to shape, explore, and improve, and new methods to achieve success for our clients. All to make clAdvantage an even better, more trusted IT adviser.

Chris Fennessey

Vice President of Strategic Accounts

Chris Fennessey joined clAdvantage in 2001, launching business development activities in the Northeastern part of the United States. Chris is fully dedicated to strategic relationships within our large enterprise accounts. His career prior to joining cladvantage includes successful business development, sales, and project management assignments with Peak Technologies, JD Edwards, and Oracle Corporation.

Kevin Crumb

Director, Resourcing Services

With 10+ years of staffing, recruiting, and leadership experience Kevin joined c1Advantage in 2020. Kevin has spent time working in staffing, Managed Service, and Corporate enviroments with a major focus in the information technology industry. In addition to acting as a Talent Partner to our internal IT Solutions portfolio he is focused on building out c1Advantage’s external staffing business.
